What jobs can you think of that entail and require: extensive first aid training, years of experience in their field, total responsibility for the lives of inexperienced groups of between 8 and 20 people, working conditions such as: driving rain, blizzards, deserts, arctic waters, sub-zero temperatures and a complete isolation from emergency medical services and technology, sometimes for months at a time.
